Hamill Haus offers 10 open dates per month. If you need more than one day for your event, please indicate that in the inquiry. Please send all inquiries to info@hamillhaus.com.
Is there flexibility for changes to the booking date?
Hamill Haus is very open and has 10 different rooms to rent for your event. We also have a large yard to accommodate outdoor events. If you are in the Coachella Valley, book a tour and come scoop out the situation. If you live outside of the area, request a video of the layout. Send all inquries to info@hamillhaus.com.
We offer 3 different pricing structures to fit your time requirements and budget. For details, be sure to check out our pricing here.
Hamill Haus has a curated list of caterers and beverage providers that we are happy to share with you. However, feel free to bring in your own food and beverages as well.

Hamill Haus offers a list of curated vendors, but does not supply those items in the rental agreement.

For an additional fee, Hamill Haus will coordinate these services on your behalf. Be sure to ask about these services when booking.
Yes, we offer ample parking. Hamill Haus is located on a corner lot with wide streets allowing guests to park along the curb and down the street as well.
Yes, we have a driveway that a wheelchair or scooter can be accessed as well as 2 large French doors to enter the property. There are no stairs to navigate.

Hamill Haus is a no smoking/vaping property both inside and outside the house.
Hamill Haus requires a general liability policy with a $1000,000 per incident minimum. We offer a few insurance brokers that can affordably bundle a policy. Expect to spend less than $100 per event.
Hamill Haus loves to be gussied up! However, we request that anything you bring is not adhered to the walls or flooring,
The set up and tear down process is to be included in the total rental time. Be sure to allow enough time to set up before your guests arrive.
Yes, we have curated list of event & wedding planners that would be happy to help you plan your special event. Ask us during the booking process.
